We will be covering:
✨stretches to help your mobility
✨transitions to and from the floor
✨simple floor flows and choreography
✨crowd pleasing acrobatic floor tricks (with beginner friendly variations!!)
This new class is designed to compliment our hip hop heels class. Strengthen your core and learn some of the quintessential floor moves often used in heels choreography! Heels are however optional for this class!

4 classes: ¥6000
**These tickets may only be used for our Hip-hop, Hip-hop heels, Jazz Funk choreo and Jazz Funk basics class and not for our other workshops. They don’t expire, and can be carried over month to month.
